I get up early and have my morning coffee just so that I can watch the sun as it rises through the tall forest pine trees outside my window.   Light plays through the branches as I sip on my morning coffee and slowly prepare for the day.  I never tire of these Muskoka sunrises and the fantastic light show every morning, something I tried to capture in this painting.
