In Canada, we learn to embrace every season, especially if you love the outdoors like my family and I do! So when the field near our home flooded and then turned to ice my boys and I strapped on our skates and embraced the free rink that old man winter had provided. This painting was inspired by that Canadian winter day with my boys.

This charming 5x7" original acrylic painting is held in a handcrafted solid wood frame, with a small space between the painting and the frame to give the appearance that it is floating within the frame.
